About the role
Turn business data into clear, actionable insights. This role combines data preparation, analysis, and reporting to help stakeholders understand performance, investigate questions, and make informed decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and validate data from approved sources.
- Prepare and transform datasets, investigate inconsistencies, and document data-quality issues.
- Analyze trends, compare results, and explain the assumptions and limitations behind findings.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and reusable analytical queries.
- Work with stakeholders to define useful metrics and clarify reporting requirements.
- Document data definitions and handle information in accordance with applicable access controls.
Skills and experience
- Ability to analyze datasets using SQL and spreadsheet tools.
- Understanding of descriptive statistics, data validation, and clear visual communication.
- Ability to explain analytical findings to a nontechnical audience.
- Careful attention to accuracy, reproducibility, and documentation.
Helpful additional experience
Experience with a business-intelligence tool or an analytical language such as Python or R is useful. A project portfolio demonstrating your analytical approach is welcome.
